Received my rug today, ordered 300x400 it is a tad too big but turned it under can't be cut as its binded at the ends. I am delighted with this rug, its of good quality & hessian backing. I would most definetly recommend this rug to others, worth every pound i paid, i will be buying from this seller again. Delivered before the stated time & very well packaged, a big thankyou to the seller. Only 1* given for easy to clean as i haven't got to that stage yet, will update my review when i do.

Looks great but we are very disappointed with this . We spilled half a glass of water on the carpet since we don't live in showroom accidents do happen. Rug turned into a lettuce leaf! ask the seller for an advice . their reply is to wet the effected area gently roll very tightly and keep it rolled for 24 hours and it should be OK. We are talking about a rug the size of 3 x 4 meters with the entire living room furniture on it.. this is so inconvenient and clearly caused due to the material used at the base of the rug. I am 43 years of age and having had experience with a lot of rugs in my life time i have never came across an issue like this. its not like we spilled engine oil or something on it , its only half a glass of tab water.

This rug is great value for money. It arrived ahead of schedule and was well packaged. It’s flattened out in a couple of days, and fluffed up on the first hoover. It’s very soft, it doesn’t look cheap and appears to be pretty well made (no rough edges or bald patches). It’s maybe a tad thinner than I expected, but overall it looks good and is fit for purpose. I’m really pleased with it. It’s gotten the cats seal of approval too.

We were really impressed by this rug. Great value, good quality and great to look at! As someone who has bought several rugs in the past, for double the price I was eager to see the quality. Excellent value for money, I'll certainly be using this firm again! Many thanks

Great product at a great price. Very good communication from the vendor (although was in German so had to Google Translate!) arrived very quickly and laid very easily with carpet tape. After a few hooverings the transit creases relaxed and it looks great and feels very soft. Recommended!

For the price of this I can not fault the rug. It is quite thin, but well made, and not sparse at all. I find the quality pretty good and it’s nice under foot. Colour is good too I would say a mid grey. We bought the large size 200x290 and I would definitely consider getting another rug from here. Delivery was quick too and it came rolled up. It flattened out pretty much straight away. No creases at all.

It’s quite a thin rug, you can see through it. But once it is down it is quite nice. It was bought for a teenagers bedroom so good enough for that. My son loves it. The size is great, it covers most of the floor which is what he wanted.

This is the third rug I have purchased, the other two are brilliant but this one was very creased when I unrolled it and after much hoovering and flattening, it has a flat section all the way down the middle with limited pile compared to the other two .. so very disappointed as it really does show :( .It is obviously a fault in the pile/weave and very noticeable. Be careful to save the wrapping when you open yours as you may need to send it back, I didn’t do this unfortunately.
