There are three basic requirements for any frame: 1) It should look good, 2) It shouldn't damage your print, 3) It should be easy to hang.This frame only meets requirement one, but it does it really well. It has a glass front, which is unmatched at this price/size combo. It looks immaculate on the wall simply because of this. The frame moulding is the perfect width (3/4 inch) and looks good for the most part. That's about where the praise ends. My frame did have a noticeable scratch on one of the corners and I used a sharpie to correct it.As for the other requirements, this frame falls short. The backing on the frame I received arrived in horrendous condition for something being sold as new. All of the hardware is rusted through heavily, leaking onto to the print on the inside and creating a health hazard when attempting to maneuver them to get the frame opened. The rust has stuck them and moving them with your fingers results in injury and rust under your nails. Pliers are recommended.I'd also mention that the hangers can be rotated to get the right positioning before hanging. I didn't realize this and thought there was an offset and had to make a correction to level it. It looks good for now, however I'm majorly concerned that due to the rust, the hangers will deteriorate soon and it will come falling off the wall with the glass shattering everywhere. I think if you actually receive a backing board in good condition then this is a solid all around frame. Recommended but with caution. I've contacted the seller about the backing board and will follow up with any update.

Frame is nicely made and came securely packaged. The matte, however, is NOT WHITE, and bordering on yellow (def. more than off-white). Now I have to go to Michael's to purchase white matting for my photo. Very disappointing.

The edges are perfect, nothing is chipped at all. No warping, no discoloration. Glass is in pristine condition. Light isn't warped when it reflects off of it (I have had that problem with other frames before). Really I couldn't be happier with this frame! It's absolutely perfect! I took out the mat so that it's 16x20, and I love that it can be dual-size if I want to change the look with a different picture. Very sleek and modern, love the size of the edges... the quality of the frame is great. Durable, not flimsy whatsoever. It's all perfect! Highly recommend!!

Was back and forth between this one and a similar sized on from a Michael's but after reading a few negative reviews on the Michael's one, I went with this and so glad I did. It was very well packaged (double-boxed) and there was no damage to frame at all. Frame was very sturdy, looked great, was easy to remove backboard and add picture and close back up again. It does have the double hanging tags on the backboard (not on the frame) which make it a challenge to hang if you use them (I did, just took some extra care while measuring to make sure I had the nail in the right spot), but for the price I don't think you can beat it. If I had more this size, I'd buy this again in a second.

Absolutely worth the $50. It’s well-made and beautiful. You could get a cheaper one, but it would look cheap- this one doesn’t. Sometimes with cheap frames, where the corners meet can look sloppy and not matched up properly, but this one is perfect. Arrived in perfect condition. It looks great on our wall! I used it for a black and white wedding photo and I’m really pleased with it.

Wish I would’ve known this frame didn’t have anything to be hung up by. I bought this online for the convenience of not going out looking for a frame with an infant in tow. I’m disappointed I now have to figure out a way make the frame hangable.

Typically a picture frame is a frame unless it arrives broken. That didn't happen here but what did was a complete lack of quality control. First my wife informed me that the included mat had a mark on the front of it. I responded, "could you flip it and use the back?" to which she said the back had even more marks.When I went to hang it, using my digital laser level, it was VERY apparent that the top of the frame is not flat but instead bows up in the middle. And before you wonder--we were using the SIDE hangers--nothing in the middle and you can see that bowing without it hanging too.I was disgusted that such a product would be shipped--this isn't a cheap frame at 50 dollars. My wife needed it to finish our daughter's room so she decided to keep it until we get a replacement but I do not remember when I was more disappointed about such a simple product.With at least two separate issues in one product, I do not recommend this nor anything by this brand. Look elsewhere.

Frist of all, it has much better mat board, than the other cheap cardboard mats in many pre-made frames. It is not a museum quality board like the ones we frame our artwork, but still it presents fine.Secondly, the frame itself is real wood, and it looks good enough.Third, sturdiness can be better, it has some room after you put your picture in --wish it can be tighter. I taped down the back edge with wide masking tape at the end. However, it is not as horrible as many other pre-made frames can be.Fourth, this is the disappointing part. The glass is ... It glares a lot, you can see wabbles - a bit like plastic, which is not, but because of its unevenness it is not suitable for displaying paintings-- I guess it is okay for your photo display and some cheap print display, but hard to be happy with artwork display.I wanted to find a way to display my watercolor paintings in more affordable way-- relative to custom frames, but ... due to this glaring glass concern, it dissapointed me at last. Overall, decent for the price.
