I gotta say they are a perfect fit. They include a nice removable clip for those that don't like clips like myself. When you remove the clip there is a soft insert that fills the small indentation of where the clip used to be so that it still remains flat inside the case. They also include a perfect screen sized clear screen protector. I opted for the full size one not realizing that the smaller one is included. I prefer the full size protector to keep my I-Touch looking perfect.
