Kate Spade New York Raven Woemn's Smartwatch - Pink Leather Strap & Stainless Steel Case KST2009

I am a Kate Spade lover, first and foremost the reason why I did not hesitate to get this for my first smartwatch. I love everything about this watch EXCEPT the battery life (doing my best with the tips and tricks from online). I have an iPhone and had no issues connecting and syncing so far (hopefully none ever). It does sometimes have lags and slow response time that you have to double tap but it’s bearable for me. I have a small wrist and thought it would be too big but it’s just right. If you are a KS lover like me, it’s a delight!

Absolutely love this product, everything I wanted in a smart watch and more. The first couple of times being charged the watch battery doesn’t last much longer than 8 hours. It takes time for the watch to “learn” to hold the charge. Once it does it lasts a full day without need a charge!

I was so excited to receive this. I love Kate Spade products! There are a lot of features to exore, and I was under the impression there was a tutorial on the watch itself, but couldn’t find it. I also thought I would be able to respond to a text, but that was a no. After the fifth day, when I would change the face to match what I was wearing, I could no longer touch the screen to go through the prompts. I tried to troubleshoot, but couldn’t find anything on it, I couldn’t get it to turn off or restart. I put it back on the charger thinking that would help, but it didn’t. Tried it this morning and it’s still not working. Sadly I’m returning this very cute watch. My personal opinion if you’re looking for a smart watch, go with what you know.... Kate Spade is known for stylish looks, not technology. Thanks.

I have to be honest, I've had the watch for a week today and I love it! It works perfectly! But I picked the leather band for mine and I can see it's already wearing out. I'd wear it looser but the heart rate monitor doesn't work if it's not firmly against your wrist.I'm going to see how long it takes for it to look horrible and I'll update my review! But maybe if you want this watch, get the other metal band.

Purchased this watch as a Christmas present. Charged and updated as instructed in the documents. First charge lasted less than 2hrs. Figured it was just because the massive amount of updates required upon startup. Recharged it and used it the following day. (battery lasted 4hrs.) Kept trying to get it to get longer battery life out of it and had no success.Called Amazon CS and told them about the issue. They had me on hold over an hour and told me they don't know why it wont last longer than 4 hours. They put me back on hold and called the manufacturer. The manufacturer stated that since the watch was ordered from Amazon, there is nothing they can do for me warranty wise.Returning this watch today.

Wanted to find a smartwatch that is compatible with my Iphone that did not cost an arm and a leg. Pairing was easy but the functionality of the watch was not very intuitive. Overall, the watch is super cute but it's not for me. Here is a tip, if you're planning on spending 300 for a watch, might as well spend the extra $200 so purchase an apple watch.

I love this watch because it is a smart watch but doesn't look like the typical apple watch - it works with both iphones and androids. Just received it and am learning all of its capabilities but I love it.

Bought for my wife. Paired with iPhone XS. Worked how it’s supposed to for only about two days, then it started to not be connected to her phone. Screen would come on for a split second, then turn off. So she couldn’t even try to mess with it or check the time because the screen wouldn’t stay on. She couldn’t see her texts on the watch either. She could get notifications from her other apps but no texts would come through. The wear os from google does not work with iPhones at all. Returning ASAP

The watch is beautiful, but make no mistake, this this is a heap of garbage. Believe the reviews when you read them. It's not worth your time or frustration. The touchscreen only responds half the time, the settings will revert back to their preset ones randomly, multiple times throughout the day. It only retrieves calls half the time. The operating system is just plain trash. I even tried deleting additional apps to hopefully speed it up, but no luck. Maybe someday they will make a Wear OS watch that works well and also looks cute, but this one isn't it.

I honestly wouldn't even give this 1 star but it does not give the option for 0 stars. Recieved my watch as a gift to give and when the recipient opened it there was instantly an issue with trying to connect the watch to the phone (android) after 45 mins of loading the watch finally paired. Within 5 mins of the watch being paired it crashed and restarted. After it had restarted the touch screen no longer was responsive and the watch became incredibly glitchy. Do yourselves a favor and just buy the verified apple or Samsung watches.

had this watch for about 4 months and it fell from my coffee table onto a carpeted floor. At that time the back popped off. Tried to use my insurance that I had bought through Amazon the asurion and they wouldn't cover it but it took them so long to get back to me that I now own a broken smartwatch.

Glitchy at first, but then it kind of corrected itself (thank God)... Caught a great deal on a "used" model that still looked brand new in the box! I get a lot of compliments on it

Didn’t like it. The leather is too soft. It’s not easy to set up and I don’t think the heart rate monitor is accurate

My mistress Lauren Batewell Brown asked me to buy this for her as a birthday gift. She really loved it.
