New Backwash Shampoo Unit Barber Salon Chair - Bd08

Don't bother buying this chair. It is junk. I purchased this for my salon and have had nothing, but problems. The footrest doesn't go up, the plumber has had to come out multiple times to stop it from leaking. The description says easy installation, that is incorrect. The chair doesn't come with neccessary hardware required to install, my plumber had to make a couple trips to the hardware store to buy things for the chair and complained during the whole installation what a terribly, cheaply made product it was. My sink leaks everyday. My faucet handle broke off the sink months ago and I never received the new faucet they supposedly were ordering for me. There customer service is a joke. Yesterday my faucet broke all together and I couldn't turn the water on in the middle of my very busy work day. Hours and $600 later a plumber put a kitchen faucet with a hose on it in the sink instead. The whole thing has been a nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and money.
