Glad I purchased this book. I thought I had all I need but you will find some GREAT recipes in here. Full color. Nice size. good directions and I'm just happyI went for it.

We started making Kombucha and got this book to help us with making different recipes and as a reference. The book is easy to follow and very nicely illustrated.

As a first time brewer I wanted a book which would give me facts, instructions, delicious recipes and no waffle to skip through in order to get to the important bits. This is it! Perfect.

As a novice kombucha brewer this was just what I needed to give me some inspiration for flavourings. Highly recommend.
