Works Great with my Anytone AT-878 HT
When I researched the web on the PTT function with an AT-878, I found mixed reviews and confusion. Took a gamble and am pleased to say; This Mic works great with my HT, PTT works, and sound is just a good maybe better. Less wieldy than holding the HT up to your face or ear. I clip it to my seatbelt when I'm driving.

Great Mic. for Zello (android)
I've had a few different Mic's. for Zello over the years. I like this the best.Great priceDecent outgoing audio. (best I've used)Incoming audio is a bit tinny when comparing to a speaker, but it's very clear and the volume is loud.

What you need to know
I bought this for use with Zello Work with fire department. Learned a lot on first day. First, once connected, everything goes thru it, notifications, calls, video playback. Is what it is. Unit seems built good although plastic clip doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy. We'll use this for non-fire calls, so should (hoping) be OK. Charged in two hours.Using Zello, the channel button and SOS are Inop. Can't find away to program them either. Volume can only be adjusted on mic when someone is actually talking, but appears if I turn phone volume up manually then it also turns up mic volume. That's the only issues I have seen so far.Open zello, options, push to talk button and you will see BO1. Touch that and a menu opens. Where it says none, select and then press select. It will give you an option to choose a contact or channel. This will make it where the screen button will work the default and the mic will work whatever channel you've assigned. This makes it avoid reverting to the everyone channel every 20 seconds (causing you to have to change channels after 20 seconds of inactivity). Just as easy to assign the channel as it is to switch channels and you only have to do it one time. Just remember to put it back to none when done to use mic for all channels. In essence this gives you two working channels without having to constantly go back and forth. When testing, no one could tell when I used the mic and when I used the phone, so sound was good both ways. When ordering, it gave me the option of buying the base charger. Do it. I also like having the ear peice so I can hear privately and in noisy areas.Overall, it has worked so good so far that everyone in department is going to get one.I chose this one after five days of reading reviews, YouTubes, etc. You don't have to install any apps for it to work, the instructions suck, but just turn it on, auto goes in to pairing mode, select the BO1 (not the other one that pops up; two choices pop up) then in zello select Bluetooth. Done. I hope this helps!

NOT A PTT. MIGHT AS WELL GET BLUETOOTH SPEAKER WOTH MIC.
Save your money, do not buy!PTT is click once to talk, click again to stop transmission. It is not push and hold to talk.Delay from when you press PTT to when it actually starts working. No PTT sounds, just have to hope it's working.Sound quality is garbage.Does not work well with voxer.Do not reccomend for anything aside from goofing around.

Inrico B01 Bluetooth mic testing testing 123
I bought this to experiment with my radio collection because no one has reviewed it for this usage so I figured I would. So, it will absolutely not work with any two way radio I currently own. I own a couple Motorola and a few Chinese radios and all you get is a constant ringing tone from the mic itself. As far as phone usage, yes it will and does function well. The audio isn't the greatest but hey I didn't buy this for the audio... I have also tried to use this with the Motorola tlk100 network radios but that also hasn't worked out well, I will test on an actual Chinese network radio when it arrives until then I would only recommend this mic for cellphone ie Zello use. Such a shame though as this seems like it would be a welcomed accessory to us DMR users....

Does not work with ham radio apps
As of January 2023, this mic does not work with echolink, dvswitch, peanut or droidstar. These are all amateur radio apps. My phone is using Android 12. Actually, it does work with dvswitch but you will need to use the beta version app. Make sure the mic is on before opening the app.I am told that the transmit audio is good. However the receive is not so good. Sounds like it adds an extra static sound.I can't give it more than two stars due to the sound quality and lack of applications where this can be used.
