Please, please, please DO NOT spend $70 for this workout card!  The card pictured, the Level 3 for Weight Loss on exercise bikes is available from iFIT and Proform for $29.95.  I have no idea who is trying to sell this for $70 but they are completely insane.  Save your time and money and look elsewhere!  This series of cards are better than the Jillian Michaels ones though...just go find them for 1/3 of the price.
