This doll is quite amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. The hair could've been better. But other way this doll is a piece of art. For any little mermaid fan I recommend this doll. Beautifully detailed and amazing look. Quite bigger than expected but that's a plus.Fits Perfect With My Little Mermaid Collection.

King of my collection.
I did not realize how rare this doll was until it arrived to my house. I thought that was one of those edition of 5000 or so but apparently Disney issued only 1500 of them and I found it written on his box. No wonder that this doll is disappearing from the market with the speed of light as those people who are lucky to still buy it at close to retail price know that they are getting a true treasure before the collector will wake up and look frantically for him. He is the most beautiful addition to my princess doll collection as he is the only boy in the collection as I am waiting for the Phillip to arrive.Eric is absolutely gorgeous. His raven black dark rooted hair is incredible. I thought it was plastic but it actually is rooted hair!he is gorgeous and very true to the movie likeness. His uniform is absolutely smashing. Details are embroidered with a golden thread and with such a precision. His word is just an icing on the cake.It looked great on the picture but it was not until he arrived that I could fully appreciate his beauty.The way his hair are catching the light and shimmer in it, the way the golden thread add expensive feel to itand how I can appreciate the textures and contrasting fabrics of his outfit. it is absolutely stunning.I did not know that he is fully pose able and as soon as I took him out of the box and set in the display caseI could pose him to any pose I wanted. Of course he is right next to my gorgeous Ariel and the way theyare set together right now they absolutely are breathtaking. I wish every single princess had his princebut for now it is only him and soon will be Phillip. Till then he is truly the king of the collection andhe fully deserve the title.He is really delicious catch and a dashing and dishing guy.
