Good so far but one little trick may be needed to refill
I like it. I did notice a small problem while refilling. The refill valve also has a flame adjuster, which you need a small flathead screwdriver to adjust. At first when I tried to refill the tank, it appeared that the refill valve was shut, so no fuel went into the tank. I took a screwdriver and turned the flame adjuster back and forth a couple of times, and after that I was able to fill the tank. Also I wasn't able to find a web site or any instructions. The tank must be quite small. I've used it to light three cigars and maybe one pack of cigarettes, and it was nearly empty. I've had several Blazer Microtorches and they last far longer. Of course those Blazers all malfunctioned after a short time, which is why I went for the Jetline.

Good pocket cigar lighter
I bought this to bring on trips where I had cigars to light, as my desktop butane torch was too big and heavy to constantly pack. This looks and feels like a much more expensive lighter than it is. The flip up lid includes a mirror to view how well the end of your cigar is lit, which is a convenient addition. I personally don't use the include cigar punch in the bottom, but it seems to be very sturdy and rather sharp. In a pinch, I could definitely see myself using that if I didn't have a guillotine cutter. The flame from the 3 ports is hot and bright, lighting even the thickest gauge cigars effortlessly. The only negative I've found is that the hinge on the 'lid' of this lighter seems poorly made. Mine has already lost it's ability to fully snap shut. It will still rest flat on the top of the lighter, but if you tip the lighter upside down, the roof flops open. When I first purchased, it was very tight and had no play in it. It didn't make it even a full month of light usage before becoming sloppy. A small complaint for a cheap butane pocket lighter, but still the only reason for 3/5 instead of 5/5 stars.

Turn up the gas
I was originally going to give this lighter a poor review. It worked fine when I first got it, but then stopped lighting. I refilled it (after only a few uses) and it lit again. Then stopped after a few more uses. Frustrating, and unacceptable. But I flipped open the bottom and accessed the port which allows refills. As marked on the bottom of the lighter, it is also the place you adjust the flow rate for the fuel. Increasing the flow rate has solved my issues and the lighter now works flawlessly. The lighter is very well-built, with good heft and a solid feel. With the admonition that you may need to increase the flow rate for the fuel, I recommend this product.

Great Lighter, BUT Watch Price.
I like the lighter. I'm a once per day cigar smoker and it lasts me around a week without filling up. Also, this lighter does great in the wind and elements. Its a fun lighter for other uses too, like bbq'ing etc. That said, at one point I thought I lost it and found what, in my opinion, is the same lighter for $7.71 from another vendor, Premier Cigar Humidors. I paid $23.00 for it originally with Jet Line Lighter. That really rubbed me the wrong way. Thus, the three stars. I'll give the other vendor five.Premier sold it under the name Triple Flame Cigar Lighter with Cigar Punch Cutter.

great cigar lighter
I had trouble with other torch lighters which were single-jet. I stupidly started using cheap butane that clogged the jets in time. The three jets on this model seem to keep the clogging issue at bay, since as long as one jet lights it will keep the others lit as well, and keep the crud burned off. (Still, I highly recommend using good quality butane, such as Vector Quintuple Refined, which I used to resurrect my gunked up single-jet lighters.)The triple jets are perfect for lighting up a cigar. The thumb lever to ignite the jets is well away from the flame so you can hold the flame on without getting a scorched thumb. There's a viewer to check on fuel status. The fuel capacity seems fine to me - sure you're burning three times as fast, but you will light the cigar in less time so the fuel consumption is about the same per light as a single jet. The punch cutter on the bottom is sharp enough to cut a good hole (though I prefer a guillotine style such as on my Blazer, which I also highly recommend as long as you use good quality butane).I'm not so keen on the pouch that came with the lighter, since the slick finish on the lighter lets it slide out of the pouch too easily in your pocket. But the lighter is so good I don't want to dock the rating over that.

Good price & fast service
I liked a similar lighter I got with a box of cigars, and wanted another. If you demand the Vector or Colibri hood-ornament, you will pay almost twice this price but not get a better lighter. I suspect ALL of these are imported and re-sold under different names at widely varying prices. Use ONLY premium (aka: "triple refined") butane fuel such as:Xikar, JetLine, Vector Quintiplus, Colibri, or LotusOther fuels (cough, Ronson) are not adequately refined and the big particles will clog the jets of your lighter, leading to small flames (or no flames), unlit or improperly lit cigars, and bad language. A reasonable total price (lighter plus shipping charge) and fast service make this a winner.

Great, solid lighter
This lighter has a very solid feel and works very well. There's a small window on the back to see the gas level, a filling port and adjustment knob with a protective flip-up cover on the bottom, and another protective flip-up cover where the flame comes out. All covers and the lighting trigger have a good feel to them. The adjustment knob allows a decent amount of flame adjustment before it goes out, but for best wind resistance and operation in cold weather, I recommend leaving it turned most of the way up. Lights in WAY stronger winds than a soft flame lighter and really makes smoking a lot easier.I only found two cons. It sometimes takes two tries to light it, and it consumes a decent amount of butane. You can still easily get over a dozen smoking sessions on one fill, and I smoke a pipe, so this means that I'm doing a lot of re-lighting in one session.Other things to keep in mind: It's a bit thicker than a normal lighter, and remember to use high quality butane.
