I have a textured countertop, and I hate it so much! Doughs get stuck in all the textured bits and everything else I have tried to lay down slips and slides all over as I'm kneading breads etc. Not this! This is a perfect size. I can work about 3 pizza dough recipes on this mat. Best part is it comes with a bench scraper! Helps me maneuver any sticky doughs. The bench scraper also works great for cleaning. When I'm done working I can use the bench scraper to scoop up all the debris and simply rinse the mat is hot water, then hang dry, fold into the storage bag, and I'm done. Super quick!Definitely recommend this item for any home bakers.

This mat is just what I was looking for. It adheres nicely to my quartz counter top for rolling out my pie dough. Does not slip like other mats I have had. Folds easily for transferring the dough to the pie pan. Clean up is a snap.

I use this sheet to go under my cuptosseries (cup turners that drip epoxy) I use a torch over it and it holds us just fine! Also easy to use and big enough I don’t have to use more than 1! Also came with the scraper that I use for my bigger vinyl projects! It’s great!

This did start to slide or "scooch" up when I was kneading really tough dough. Solution: get some of the washable/reusable gummy stickers that are meant to hold rugs to slick flooring. Works beautifully!Best thing about this is that it does not hold deep creases from being folded for shipping. There were very slight creases the first time I used it but once I rinsed it under warm water, I noticed that it flattened out and now it doesn't hold those creases. Being able to roll it up & even fold it helps because I have so little kitchen/storage space. Love it.It does a good job for handling dough and the only time it moved was when I was trying to knead one of those very heavy and sticky doughs. Nothing can stay put under that kind of test.This is just as easy to clean as they claim and I even left some small bits of dough stuck to it overnight by accident. It came clean with just some warm water. The mat is large so you have to be careful that you don't pool and spill water when cleaning it.I really like the straight & circular measuring outlines. I mostly use the circles to keep pastries the same size.There was also a very useful little addition inside the box.

Wowowowowowow.Can't stop saying that when I use this awesome mat. I'm new to baking on one and have been using simulation marble top.I love laying this over and smoothing it out for a grip that is like a gorilla. It won't shift if you smooth it out on a flat surface. Might try it on my wood next honestly.Cleaning is so easy, just make sure you can hang it some how to dry. If you have ever owned a silicone sex toy you know how easy a silicone product can gather dust. Definitely keep it covered with cloth or bagged in the bag it arrived in.Maybe in the next one they'll include a folding dry rack lol

I ordered this because I like to make homemade biscuits and it works perfectly! I love that the back will "stick" to the counter so it stays in place. It was super easy to clean! Love it so far!

I was thrilled with the two sets I ordered! Using one for a gift to my daughter and the other to make homemade rolls. It made me feel like I was in my grandmothers kitchen. My grandmother and my mother-in-love used a similar product when baking everything from pies, breads and cinnamon rolls. Easy to use staying in place while rolling out dough, easy to clean and store. I wish I had gotten them years ago.

I really love this dough mat. It has made working with all sorts of doughs so much less messy and with improved results. I like the rings that help me measure my piecrust size. My breads turn out better because I don't have to over-flour them to keep from sticking. I just wish I had bought this years ago.

I got this Silicone Baking Mats yesterday and I found that the size of mat is very small (14 x 11 inch) .Also it didn't come with the dough scraper.
