received it very quickly. I mounted it in indoor (think can be mounted in a garage or on any wall, up to you) - it doesn't require a lot of space. My lower back hurts a lot but it's nice and easy to do an exercises, the backrest is soft and movable, so it doesn't limit the motions and protect from strain. Also I attached extenders to it so I could do wrist-trainings more effectively. Also the set includes pictures with instructions for trainings. I really like it, found some nice and simple stuff in there that didn't know before .

Highly recommend this unit (would love to give 5 stars) but it was missing several bolts and washers so I could not give a perfect score. Had to go to the hardware store and pickup several things. Love this unit and functionality as well. My family uses it and likes it tool. I love that the pull-up bar is straight, several have an angled grip at the ends which is like a pull-down bar but I would rather a straight grasp. The item can be easily moved to do dips (perfect length), leg lifts with back support, etc, so great design!

Was counting the days before it will be delivered. Recently I finished building my home gym and now I've been doing workout every morning for a week already - very convenient pull up bar.I was looking for something compact and durable (my weight is 200 pounds) and this workout station surprised me in a good way. It hold the weight very good. I don't know why guys said the frame is weak - I am quite big guy myself but I have no problems doing my workouts.My friend who is a professional athlete gave me an advice to buy this pull up bar. He is 220 pounds guy and he's been using the bar for 2 months and everything is good so far. I recommend this pull up bar to everyone - it is a very good solution for home gym.

Right away the product felt cheap. The box arrived in bad shape. My husband screwed the screws into brick for better support as that’s what we read we should do. It took some time to get it out together and installed and finally when it was installed he tried it and the dip bar just came off and he fell. Now we are dealing with packing it back into the crappy box it came in and wasting time going to UPS to return it. We also now have 4 holes in our wall. This product was very disappointing and a waste of time and money.

I've had this product for a month or so, and I'm really glad I bought it. It was easy to assemble and mount. I put it on the wall in my garage. The hooks are mounted to the studs and the whole device feels quite sturdy. One thing to note - if mounting to drywall like I did, you'll want to add some sort of wall protection where the bottom part of the device contacts the wall when it's in dip position; otherwise it'll punch right through your drywall. I used a 1x4 board and it works well. The padding on the arm rests and the back padding are rather cheap feeeling, but if they get too bad I plan to modify them. Overall I'm quite satisfied with this purchase and enjoy having it in my home gym.

I am doing workouts in my backyard and I store the set in the garage. When I want to do workout I just take it from garage hang it on the hooks the are attached to the wall of my house.Another advantage of it is movable back. It is easy to do such abs exercises as knee raise and leg raise using it. My back isn't getting sore.

This thing is great for the price! The instructions on the other hand are garbage. And DO NOT. Use the drywall anchors, I tried them and the pull ups were fine but when I did a dip, it almost took the damn wall down. Re mounted it and it hold great!
