Customer service got me a new one out in 3 days. Had to purchase a new one from amazon and they sent me refund because it was faster. This one works great so far. I understand electronics can be faulty just hope this one lasts.2 hours replacing screen. Everything went good just took my time to make sure everything was right. Turn on phone n screen looked awsome. Touch pad is off. Can NOT use anything on lowet screen. No contacts, favorites, no space bar. Renders my phone about useless let alone time i spent.
