It is pretty small and not very deep, ie you can't load a lot of peanut butter in it. I found we have to stick to dish washer because our fridge has an uneven finish. Fully loaded it took my Boykin about 10 minutes to lick it clean.To wash, i let it soak in hot soapy water and used a brush to get rid of extra peanut butter.Its fine for the price but a little deeper model would really increase time.

Getting a lick mat was recommended to me by someone in my greyhound group to keep the dog occupied while I’m eating with company over. The idea is fantastic! I can freeze peanut butter or pumpkin or coconut oil into it to distract my dog! My main concern was going to be the suction cups on the lick pad but they seem to lock it in place perfectly on my kitchen floor so it doesn’t slide around. I wish the crevices were deeper and the pad was larger for my large dog because it didn’t last as long as I hoped . I’d definitely reorder in a larger size but in the mean time this will work for shorter distractions or for a fun treat

The pad has great stick-ability. My 11 lb. dog loves it. I spread pumpkin and peanut butter on it and freeze it. She gets to lick, which is calming, and it takes time for her to finish it. Exactly as described, for small or medium dogs. Also sticks on bathroom tile for bath time. It has multiple suckers on the bottom to hold it on. I stick it on the top shelf of my dishwasher for a good cleaning. Trainer recommended. Also, the company emailed me to check on my order. Very nice. I like to buy from small, friendly businesses.

I am buying a second one. My dogs would not be distracted from the bath ordeal by this but I have found a good use for it. My rescue has a lot of anxiety while I'm fixing their meals. She darts in and out of the kitchen very nervously. I have been putting this up on the frig with part of their food in it. She is distracted from whatever is worrying her and can stay by me while I finish preparing their food. I have two golden retrievers and it is a bit small but they do fine with it. I now just need one for each pup.

Helps my dog when hes having anxiety and we use it often... but dangg it is hard to clean... getting the peanut butter out of every little crevice is very hard to do!

This product is a great idea for the dog that needs to be entertained!! I have a 9 month old Golden Doodle and this keeps him busy for a solid 20-30 minutes depending on how much peanut butter I put on it. We have hardwood floors, so I can put this anywhere I need to keep an eye on him. It suctions to the floor nicely. I plan to use it in the bath as well.

Good for my small dog to lick pb off of. She gets super excited when the toy comes out. Ridges make it harder to clean though, as expected

This helped me give Sarah a bath without a struggle. It certainly works as advertised, but she did get frustrated towards the end and tried to chew it off the door 😀.I rinsed it with hot water before putting it in the dishwasher, but it wasn't quite clean when it came out. I have to figure out how to clean it more efficiently.
