Poor Quality Control BEWARE
The idea of the product is awesome, but it seems how it is manufactured and packaged is supremely flawed. I have ordered this item 3 times and have been disappointed 3 times. The first one had what appears to be black marks on the white plastic that I could not get off. The second one came with the box open and would not power on. The last came with the burn marks plus bonus cracks! I will say the lamp is so cute and the auto-timer mechanism works well. It’s just frustrating to have received so many flawed products. Note the same burn on two different items.

It's a shame. The light is cute but it is advertised as having a timer and it does not have anything but an off and on switch.

Fun light
I purchased this neon light for my 5 year old daughters, who loves everything pink. It looks good in her room, I like that is battery operated and it gives a nice pink light. Also it’s a little bigger than I thought.

Product defective
Product did not work and we are way too busy to repack and send it back to seller I explained that it worked neither with the batteries or the USB plug . This purchase was specifically for Valentine’s Day ! We are regular buyers on Amazon Prime and would repack and return the defective item. We are too busy this time of year with Valentine’s Day approaching .So I am disappointed with the sellers response to our complaint of the defective item
