LURCH Germany FlexiForm Silicone Madeleine Baking Tray with 9 Molds - Brown

I have looked for the right mold for years. I used this for cookies that I’ve made for years at Christmas. I make thousands of cookies every year, and I had started making the crescents as balls because of the time it took to form them. I used two of these molds this year. They worked great! I didn’t bake the cookies in them, I filled the molds with dough, froze them, and easily popped them out. It was easier than forming the cookies into balls. I used a frosting knife to remove the extra dough.

Thick, substantial silicone.Each cavity is about 2-3/4" to 3" and has a high-gloss finish. I like the variety of shapes, particularly the pretzel shape (which I haven't found in other silicone molds).Comes with a recipe for a European-style honey gingerbread.I may also try using this mold for baked doughnuts.

I have had trouble making Norwegian Sandlebakers in their traditional tin molds until I tried the Silicone Madeline Baking tray, now they pop out of the molds perfectly, I am very happy to have found these!!
