This came packaged and did look used. Unknown if it was. Connected it and it works great. No complaints. Would recommend.

I bought these cables because of their reputation and the great price I got them for on Amazon.I also own a Belkin Digital Optical cable and like these better thus far. The Rocketfish are easier to deal with and seem to snap in more tightly than the Belkin cable, which is bulkier and cost me a lot more.I don't notice any sound difference between the cables and that makes the Rocketfish a much better buy. If they continue to perform well I will probably buy only Rocketfish for now on if I can still get them at close to the price I paid, $12.00, on Amazon.These cables sell for $30.00 and up at Best Buy.
