Live G Free Gluten Free Brownie Mix

The brownies are delicious. I have been asked for the recipe from tasters who don't need gluten free desserts. Everyone is surprised when they hear the brownies are gluten free. The mix, when available, can be purchased at Aldi for a much lower price than I paid for the online order

Great product too expensive though. Really have a great taste!

Delicious and easy to make. If the box didn't say so, I wouldn't know they are gluten free.

Chewy, chocolate brownies are my favorite chocolate dessert. The only reason I purchased this gluten-free brownie mix is because I was invited to a picnic at the home of someone who must have gluten-free food. This mix calls for the brownies to be baked in an 8 x 8 pan which gives them the perfect thickness and they were deliciously flavorful and chewy. I went to a different picnic and took regular brownies baked in a 9 x 13 pan; they were thin, dry and not very tasty. Next time I wanted brownies, I purchased another box of this gluten free brownie mix, adding half a cup of chopped up walnuts and spread chocolate icing on top when they cooled...super delicious! Really, the best brownies I've had in years. I find them at Aldi's where they cost a little less.

I buy this line of delicious products at my local Aldi store. Unfortunately they do not seem to be regularly stocked for the most part. Here on the east coast, they seem to be stocked once or twice a year, which is a shame, because these foods are very tasty and reasonably priced. The brownie mix, flour mix, and breakfast bars are generally in stock, but this week when I went shopping. Everything was deeply discounted. We are particularly fond of the cheese crackers, and I bought ten boxes of each! Everything was pretty much gone except the granola and the chocolate covered pretzels. The pasta is made from corn, but very good, and holds up well. For anyone interested in the crackers, they are very similar to Van's gluten free products in taste and appearance, and are relatively inexpensive and available at some Targets and Walmarts. Wally also has a huge list of gluten free products online that you can order. I love Amazon and buy a lot of things from them, but these prices are just too high for me to buy them here. Try Aldi first and see if your local store stocks them, and then buy as many as you can get your hands on. Once word gets out, you will have a hard time finding them!

OMG....these are amazing!!!! So rich and decadent, I might just love them more then regular non gluten free brownies! They are very rich and seem to be more on the dark chocolate side, but that's perfect for me! Only wish I had bought more of them when I was at ALDI!
