Nutritious breakfast for my children
Been using this for last 2 years for both my boys as breakfast cereal. Started it from 8 months onwards and now I add fruits like mashed banana orsteamed apple/pear to it and also put in some nuts which I first grind in the mixie with milk. I feel this gives them a filling and healthy breakfast and both my children eat it happily 2-3 times a week.

Quality health mix , I got it for my 2 y8 m boy. He eats very less so I wanted something with dense nutrients which it fulfills . Taste is also okay . One can add sweetness or not , both ways it’s a nice prod in Indian market of health drinks for both kids n adults .

Best health mix in market!
Easily sathvaa became my favourite health mix and I have it on busy days for breakfast or sometimes when I feel like having light dinner. I add a bit of milk and salt or jagerry for taste. I wish it was available in big container and different size options. Expect more such alternative breakfast options from them in different flavors and varieties.

Think before use but you can buy
It may contains many grains And other healthy items .. since there is no report about it’s side effect or benifits you can’t test your baby with this product...in my opinion adult can use it as a healthy food..

Finally a health drink that my daughter likes
Good taste and does not dorm lumps. The quality of ingredients used is very good. Can be assured that product is good for health

does not mention the quantity of grains in the health mix
Buyer should know the percentage before they eat .. with out knowing we cant rely on anything.. i asked the seller but they dont want to reply.. dont buy this product.. i think it mostly made out of wheat and other grains have very small in amount.. im not satisfy with this product
