They are pretty good for gluten-free pasta. I like that black beans are the only ingredient. My kids will eat it but prefer quinoa or brown rice pastas.

This pasta is simply delicious. I've had all varieties of their lentil and black bean. I love them all. I find it tough to find great tasting, healthy, gluten free food. This helps fill that need. My only complaint is that like all other GF foods, it's expensive, so I always wait for coupons to buy it. Also the boxes are less than half full, so if they made them smaller it would be easier to store as I buy case(s) at a time. It's great to get products that are made with just one, organic ingredient. Thanks.

I was very disappointed in this product as it did not hold its shape and looked like a pile of mush. Unfortunately, I had to buy six boxes and I have 5 left. The reason I purchased this product was because I had tried Explore Cuisine Red Lentil Penne pasta and it was GREAT. I thought the black bean pasta would be a similar homerun for my vegan dining. Not the case! I wish I would have taken a picture to share as it was pathetic!

Black bean pasta is a comfort food to me. I love it. It tastes exactly like black beans because that's the only ingredient. My longevity doctor recommended black bean pasta for it's fiber. Plus it's gluten free.

Love this stuff. A staple in our weekly menu.Its tasty, filling, and quality product with only good stuff in it!

Ordered 6 boxes of this and I hate it! I thought my nutritionist said to get the black bean pasta but it was the red lentil that I was suppose to order. Used 2 boxes and will probably throw out the rest. Too late to send it back. I don't like the taste and it is very mushy.
