I will admit that I was pretty skeptical about all of the other five star reviews but I was totally wrong. MIND is the way I start my day now. As soon as my feet touch the floor I’m reaching for my bottle of water and a Mind pill. These little babies are great at waking me up and getting me ready for my 10 hours of staring at production numbers and shuffling parts. I use to be a coffee-aholic, I probably drank about a pot and a half a day trying to get the metal clarity that just one or two of these supplements provide and the best part is that there are NO jitters! No over caffeinated crashes or jitters. Absolutely amazing. I will definitely be buying another bottle. I’m hooked.

Full disclosure—I purchased this product feeling skeptical and doubting that a supplement could actually have an appreciable effect on my brain. But now I am very encouraged about Mind because since I’ve been taking it, I’ve noticed a perceptible improvement in my focus and mental sharpness, and that my short-term memory has improved. A couple of days ago I forgot my shopping list, but I recalled everything that was on my list—when I checked my list at home I hadn’t forgotten a single item. It’s hard to describe, but the experience is like my brain is operating for me like it did 20+ years ago. I’m 55 and more concerned about brain health now than I ever was when I was younger (especially watching my elderly mother’s cognitive status decline.) So I have to say I am very encouraged about this supplement and what is doing for my brain health. I will continue taking it.

When I first got the bottle I decided just to take one pill to see what my reaction to it would be, and I can honestly say I felt like I was on another level with my brain, there is literally no side effects. The next day I took 2 pills with food. It was like my brain was focused...my stress level was way down even though I knew it was still there..I can say this it helped my stress and anxiety driving in the snow for work especially in the canyon.. I would highly recommend this product. Plus everything is completely natural ingredients is the best part!!!!

I've been taking Mind for about 2 weeks, and it took me a while to realize the effects just to my attitude and mind. I've always been a generally happy and friendly person, but now it's never a struggle, to the point that I'm likely irritating some strangers. Over the top friendly and helpful. I cannot say I am surprised, because Top Notch nutrition delivers every single time with every single product they have. I have a very high-stress job and always trying to find ways to just mellow out a little bit, sometimes the simple things like exercise is hard for me to come by as timing with family and household duties as well as my career do not allow for the extra me time. I started taking one pill at a time and felt pretty good, no issues as far as Jitters or anything of that nature, and bumped it up to 2 for today. Today started off great, I had no jitters, I didn't feel stressed out, as a matter of fact I couldn't have been more mellow, things would happen as they normally do at my job, and I found it easy just to go with the flow. I highly recommend taking these supplements for a calmer mind and body.

I have been taking Mind for about 5 days now and every day I see more changes in my focus and energy. I have ADHD and anxiety, but do not like to take prescription drugs, if I can help it. I purchase the brain supplement early march- I wanted to give it a good solid 2 week use before leaving a review. Personally i did not notice any significant change on the things that this product claims. The idea behind the product is great but it definitely did not serve its purpose, i am full time worker , student grad student and i have a side hustle and did not notice any difference in my focus when working on each task. I took the product in the morning and other days late afternoon - i started off with one pill but after the third day i went up to 2 pill a day- still no significant change.I was optimistic since this product has amazing reviews- maybe i got a defect bottle... doubt it though.

I have had noticeable "brain fog" for quite a while. When i switched to a Ketogenic Lifestyle it helped significantly with it but there was still a bit there. When TN Mind came out i figured i would give it a try since all of their products have been "Top Notch".I was pleasantly surprised that by my 2-3rd day i felt more focused at work than i had in years. Not a caffeine inhibited alertness, but more of a feeling that things are clearer and my mind isn't wandering.Highly Recommend giving it a try!
