Love this! Fits note 9 and doesn't block camera!
I'm pleasantly surprised with how much I like this setup! The "web" is silicone and the lanyard is I believe nylon (similar to a seat belt). I thought the lanyard was going to be silicone as well, but I'm not too disappointed. There is a hook at the end of the lanyard that clips onto a silicone "eye hook" of the webbing. My phone feels very secure in the web, however, my note 9 is so big that you can see the stress on the thinner parts as my black webbing turns a little white from stretching. I'm sure over time that this will stretch to the point of breaking, but so far so good.I have a Samsung note 9 and it does fit in the web nicely however you have to hook it so that the phone hangs upside down in order for the camera to be uncovered. I actually prefer this set up anyway since when the phone is around your neck you can easily lift it and it is the correct way to view. The ring is metal and functions much like any other phone ring except it is an oval instead of round. The little tab that you pull up on pops in and out as it should... But it flops around freely unless you push it all the way down and click into place. The oval ring also rotates which I didn't know, because it was so stuck when I first got it. Even now it is rather tough to rotate, but I believe that is by design and I prefer it that way.My only improvements would be to have a quick release on the lanyard instead of the current hook (think dog leash hook), as there are times that the phone is on the lanyard around my neck and I need to quickly access it and remove it but it's a pain to unhook. The only other change would be to maybe have the lanyard be a silicone material but the current nylon strappy thing has its benefits as well since it doesn't stretch. It would be nice if the silicone covered be corners of the phone for times that you drop the phone but I suppose that is what a case is for. I do have a very thin case on my phone which is a flexible plastic material. I think it's called TPU but it's not as flexible as silicone and not as hard as he hard plastic but it works well with this web thing.

Convenient
Definitely worth $8. As a mom, convenience is everything, I wanted something I could easily grab my phone without having to reach into my pocket or bag every time. I have been using this on my iPhone XS Max with an Otterbox Commuter Series case and it fits fine, stretches out the way I hoped it would. I hang it on my everyday lanyard rather than the one it came with, the part in the middle can be rotated and used as a stand or to hold your phone. It’s truly worth the try!

They are unreliable
I have a I Phone 6SIt isnt good. the phone holder slipped off two time and my phone hit the ground. Great idea however I dont recommend inother bad feature one rubber slides over volume control and turns Vol down to Zero.

Doesn’t last long!
I’ve tried a couple others from other companies and they always break soon. So far this one is holding up better. And I like the wider neck strap—much more comfortable on my neck.UPDATE: I’ve had it less than two months and it broke. It also slides off and my phone falls out occasionally. I have to watch out for that. I do still like the wider neck strap.

Love this!
I often wear dresses or skirts with no pockets, and being able to keep my phone on me is imperative as a teacher, because anything you put down can be stolen (at least at my school). My phone is safely secured around my neck all day! Other teachers in my building have asked where I bought this item. Even with a bulky phone case, the lanyard fits and secures the phone.

You have to take off your phone's case for it to fit.
I like this mostly, but for a few things. It doesn't fit over a case, and the ring on the back is uncomfortable on my fingers. It does move, so that helps, but not what I expected. The only saving grace is that it comes with a lanyard, so if I drop it, hopefully it still won't get damaged.

Everyone asks me where I bought it
My iPhone 7Plus didn't fit in my walking daypack or hike pack. I shortened the strap so it doesn't "swing" as much and it's perfect for listening to my audio books while walking. People I meet on trails ask me where I got it!!
