The quality of the product was great. The reason I’m writing this review because in the strap package it was missing the strap loops that hole the straps to the case. Now I can’t use the strap to carry around my neck if I wanted it too. It’s hard to fine the pieces to match that strap. I don’t know if I will get a replacement or not. Just to make sure that I didn’t drop it on the floor, I had to be on my knees a couple of times to look for it. I couldn't fine it. I was really careful when I open the package and I don’t think it came with it. I didn’t see it on the floor.

Very nice product. Exactly as advertised. Only issue is, with the lense mounted to the frame it makes is difficult to switch from shots using the rig to shots that are handheld or with a gimbal....so...I bought the U Rig Pro too. Much more flexible. I’m keeping this one too in case I want a sturdier solution. One other thing. My Sandmarc lenses would not attach because there is a ridge (raised ring) on the front where you mount your 17mm lense. They sell an adapter that will make it work.

This could have been really good. It's rock solid with small but usable handles. Why does it suck?1. If you use the Ulanzi anamorphic lens, the 52 mm filter holder for that lens doesn't fit. It bumps the lens mount adjustment knob. If you want to use an ND filter or something, it's not going to work2. I really like the locking camera clamp. But the design of this rig is such that it's very hard to reposition your phone. The Smallrig is better designed.Overall, it really a sturdy mount that is close to being useful.

This is one of the best iPhone camera Riggs on the market. I love the locking ability to secure the phone.

This device is sturdy feels good looks just like picture however it doesn't allow the attachment of lens and filters as in description and video making it useless other than the fact you can mount lights and a microphone. I totally wasted my money only plus is i got on blackfriday sale so I didnt lose the full price. I was super excited until my lens and filter came in and I coudnt connect them.

Once again, another great product from Ulanzi.

This item never operated correctly. The lens holder wouldn’t stay it slid down every time I attached the lens and the seller ignored my complaint so I was stuck with a paperweight and no “paper”

The product is heavy. Support is poor.The handles could use more room for fingers.I'll update after I get my replacement for the defective one received.
