I received it and it was clearly a returned product since it was literally shoved in the box and the screws and pieces were no longer even in the plastic. The plastic was just balled up and shoved in the box as well. The directions were crumpled and torn and there was even a cut out piece of paper in the box with the previous persons return slip! I was still excited to use it so I ignored all the stuff and put it together. To then see the reason it was previously returned. One of the bags is missing 2 button pieces to even attach the bag 😡

I can’t believe the fact that this beautiful sorter is such a junk. Amazing idea with terrible execution. The bags can hardly snap on for the first time, as it seems like they don’t even fit and are not made to be snapped together. One bag never snapped on. The snaps on the sorter are not able to fully connect to the bars and they hang loosely. After 2 days of hardly any laundry being thrown in, all bags are hanging loosely on one or two snaps. Few days later, nothing is staying snapped together. Needs to be continually snapped into place and doesn’t get a secure click. I would’ve put Velcro all around the bags or better quality snaps if I invented this product. Was thinking of adding Velcro myself but I don’t want to invest more after I spend way too much $$$ on this piece of junk. Would like to contact the seller but I don’t see such an option, so I’ll ask Amazon. It’s not returnable for some strange reason. Didn’t give me such an option. I was fooled into the high rating because it’s marketed on the same page as the 2 section sorters.

This product is not made well. screws wont screw in, holes not properly cut to allow screws in. It doesn't fit together unfortunately as its exactly what i needed for my space. The idea is great, and the bags and the snaps were nice and seemed sturdy. They need to do some quality review on this and then sell it. Great idea, but needs work. I spent hours and countless swear words putting this together only to find out that it wasnt going together no matter what. then i ordered another one thinking this first one must be faulty. 2nd one arrived and it was the same, even worse if you can imagine. to the garbage!

I am very disappointed in this item. I love the design, but quality is lacking. I purchased the gray one with four bags. The snaps were dented in on a few making it where the bag was unable to be snapped in. On the others, the quality of the snap is very cheap and the hold was almost non-existent. My 2-3 year old grandchildren gave a light tug and the bags came right off. No way they would hold up to holding several pounds of laundry. When I turned them over after securing the wheels, they were uneven and no way to fix them and keep them from rocking back and forth. Returning!

I thought it would be a little bigger....maybe I just have more laundry than most. My only real concern is the snaps. I can’t get several of them to fully snap on so when I throw in a pair of pants it falls off. I’ve already assembled it and it would be a pain to return. I am not super confident in the longevity of this hamper. I do like the design so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Fairly easy to assemble by myself- I am a little concerned about the strength of snaps of individual hamper bags... once filled, they tend to come unsnapped.After 3 months , I am NOT pleased. The framework came apart where it had been soldered. Any weight more than one or two items of clothing seems to be too much for the individual bags. If you are only doing laundry for 1, it may suffice. For a family of 3 , it is pitifully inadequate!

Love that:- it has 4 compartments for sorting out different categories (white/colors/linens etc)- it has wheels so I can lug it to the laundry room in my building- it has pockets/compartments- it fits in my closet completely

The product was received bent and the snaps did not work. My wife and I are disappointed and have requested a refund.
