This is a very good backpack.The main compartment has a double zip and an internal elasticated pocket. It includes a top hole for passing a drinking tube through, if a bladder were added. There's another single zip front compartment, with four pockets (one mesh), plus another zipped mesh pocket on the inside of the flap. Finally there's another zip compartment on the outside of the flap, which is suitable for wallet, cash, phone, etc.I don't think I've seen a backpack with quite so many flaps and pockets, making this very versatile beyond being used as a bladder backpack.Two comfortable shoulder straps are complemented by two front straps (for chest and waist) and three padding areas with mesh coverings to make it sit comfortably on the back. There's plenty of adjustment on the straps, so if should be good for most people. A blue carrying handle and nice looking blue zip pulls provide a dash of colour. And finally the shoulder straps include a couple of reflective bands, useful for clipping things to.They throw in a whistle and neck scarf (which I incorrectly refer to as a bandana, as they are great for keeping the head warm under a cycle helmet) as free gifts.The stitching seems very good, accurate and no loose threads, so with a little care I would expect this to last well.If I had to criticise, it would be in me selecting the black one, as the brighter versions, although a tad more expensive, look really good.

Small back pack which I used for a skiing holiday. Whilst I was away one of the waist straps snapped off. This was at the seam so the bag is still useable but with out this part of the clip. The other side got in the way so I cut it off as. The bag itself performed really well in conditions, my stuff remained dry and the foam back/vent area acted as an addition impact protection due to its thickness. Its a good size for a day bag, it compact enough with enough space if that makes sense. When I returned I contacted the company and explained what had happened. they gave me a full refund without any issue, stating that they would contact the manufacturer identifying a possible weakness in the product.With this in mind I would put this down to a fault in manufacture rather than the customer service the company provided of which I cannot fault at all. The bag itself was bought for a the trip alone so I had no further requirement for the bag otherwise I would have requested a replacement. (This was one of the options given) A real shame that the bag broke but I would'nt hesitate to use the company again due to the high level of customer service.

Great little bag. Obviously only use as a day bag as it is only 10 litres. Would be smaller with the water tank in too. Used it in ski slopes and was ideal to carry wallet, water bottle, small thermals etc. Nice and secure with the chest zip.

Quality, robust bag, snug fit. Could do with being slightly bigger for my needs, (can barely fit a pair of trainers in it when I’m run-cycling) but happy overall. Freebie whistle and bandana!

This is a great rucksack. It's a perfect for walking and running, with various pockets for storing phone, keys etc. The back has some foam padding and mesh so there is some air circulating, the straps are good and it holds tight when running.

Great small day-pack. Fitted in all that was needed for day walk. And great fit.

Comfortable and light. Just the job.

Bought this for skiing because it is thin and tall to keep capacity so would not cause a problem on chair lifts. easy to access the water bladder (not included) worked great and looks good too
