used this for my proposal at a park on vacation
this is definitely not a long term ring box because the build quality is not that great (plastic) and the ring holder is kind of a pain to fit the ring into (you have to use 2 fingers to stretch the holder and 2 fingers to place the ring in); very uncomfortable for daily use. i had 2 other regular, nice ring boxes for my fiance for daily use.this one however, is a life saver for discretely carrying this with you as other ring boxes will be very obviously noticed unless you have a huge puffy winter parka.
