A lightweight bag for odds and ends on a day out. Can be worn across either shoulder. Big enough to take a lightweight rain jacket, sandwiches, odds and ends. One of the pockets has a wrap around zip and opens up wide, so easy to get things in and out. The other one just has a straight up and down zip, so doesnt open so wide, not quite so convenient. There is a small external pocket for a water bottle, although it is quite small and a tight fit for all but the smallest bottles. The shoulder strap has a pocket for a small phone or compact camera and is very convenient. Can't say whether it is waterproof, but the material suggests that it will be. Better than a traditional backpack on a hot day, or if you're working hard climbing up hills, as your back won't get so sweaty. Quite pleased overall

Purchased as a gift for a male member of the family. He uses it much more than he thought he would! The size of the bag is about for right for him as it is not bulky like a rucksack and yet still leaves him hands free. The mobile phone pocket at the front is very convenient. The bag is well made and the zips are easy to use.

Excellent, very good quality and very useful. My wife uses it as well now and when mother in law saw it she said "can you get me one" so I bought another.
