UPDATE ON ORIGINAL POST (FOUND BELOW):The second arrived on time. I have to say that these are WELL MADE back-packs, and I am sorry it would not fit. my Lenovo Ideapad 320 purchased as a 17" laptop. The second still did not fit, so it was not a fluke. It again would fit in, but would not zip around the corners. I can only assume that the measurement for this backpack fitting a 17" is taken DIAGONALLY rather than actual laptop screen or dimensions when the cover is closed, length and width. My diagonal measured 19 3/4 closed. The laptop was 11.5"x16.5" closed.Both were sent back together without a hitch and am now waiting on the original purchase refund._____Although it said it would fit a 17" laptop, that's ALL it would do!! It would NOT ZIP AROUND IT. I have asked for another. Today is Halloween. I'll let you know if the replacement has the same issue, or if the first was a fluke. It is supposed to arrive within 2 days.Also, although the original one purchased says to return by Nov 30th, the "return code" (QR code) is only valid for 14 days before you have to request another.I'll let you know how this all turns out.

I carry my 13" laptop/mouse/charger, gym clothes, gym shoes, and some other small electronics in this bag every day. It is great. Does what it says it does..... I wear size 11 US mens shoes. its a little tight, but I can utilize the included shoe bag. I typically spray the shoes after ever workout with Right Foot natural deodorizer (link at end) and vent the bag in the evenings (just unzip for the night) if they are super sweaty. I also keep my sweaty clothes in a "smell-proof" bag I spritz with it too. Then in the evening I swap dirty clothes for clean.. I take this bag everywhere and since it is my primary work bag case, I bring it to all my meetings and no one is the wiser Its also my portable locker. The included shoe bag was a nice touch and is decent quality, still get you a safe and effective deodorizer. I if you gotta put your gym clothes in it, I recommend getting a good Gym Clothes bag too. I haven't tried putting a pocket phone charger in it... but meh i wouldn't really care to unless I'm traveling, which I haven't done with it yet.Can't speak for waterproofing. I will say because of what I use if for, a little more volume would be helpful for carrying bulkier items like a towel/jacket.... For the price. The durability of this bag is great. My wife and I used it everyday for our travel to Thai Land and it was a secure way to carry out things and it was comfortable also. I still use it for my everyday and coaching needs, and got some compliments.

I've had it for over a year now. It's soft and works well. The little tag/clip thing in the front broke off and the shoe nag is not good. It fits my laptop and, books and a set of warm weather clothing.

Horrible!!! I used the book bag for work to carry one laptop, one notebook, and a few pens and one of the seems on the top ripped within the first 5 days of use. This prevents it from being water resistant, which was the whole point of my order. Additionally, It’s narrower than I expected and probably would not be beneficial for a carry on bag for travel, but I’m disappointed in the quality.

I love this bag, everytime i go into it I find another pocket that I did not see before. I am able to keep certain things together in one spot so I can always find what I need. Would love to buy another one if they add some more colors

Fits everything I need for work and the commute there. The shoe storage area isn't huge but I love that it comes with a bag to keep my dirty kitchen shoes completely separate. Secret pocket is pretty sweet, padded.
