This thing seems to work OK. I use it to remotely turn on a slow cooker. Seems OK there. Does what it's supposed to. From that perspective, it's OK. I haven't owned it long enough or used it enough to speak to its reliability or longevity over time. It'll turn off/on by Alexa voice command or through the app. Simple enough.The thing that drives me crazy is I keep watch on my network traffic at home. This thing and the other devices by the same manufacturer (I have three) "calls home" A LOT. Like, every 5 seconds. I blocked the traffic because I don't see why it should be necessary for a manufacturer to do this. I discovered that if you do this, it will no longer respond to Alexa voice controls.Seems like there should be a happy medium on that somewhere. 66,000+ "pings" to the manufacturer in 24 hours is very unreasonable. I'm rating it lower because of all the traffic it creates on my network. I wonder what data it's trying to steal from me and why the constant pinging back to a Chinese manufacturer I'm unfamiliar with overall.This is a trick that a LOT of companies pull. If you're at all familiar with connected device functionality, you probably know what I'm talking about here. I don't like it when any company does it and I block as much traffic as possible. I have the three devices from this manufacturer due to a deal I got on them all at once.But I will probably be taking them all out of service due to this constant traffic and potential spying on my network. (Yes, I understand the irony of having Alexa devices at home and being concerned about privacy. I take measures to mitigate this and mostly have them to help my ailing mother who lives with us. If she falls while we are away, she can use voice commands to call for help. She can use voice commands to operate lights, etc.)

they just work great! are simple and easy to install and do all they promise and some more. they connect to our alexa, run on schedules and can be addressed manually too. have added several more already and will add some more soon probably ... great deal! great product!

Great, does exactly as intended. Syncs with Alexa and I can control it from a second app. Using it with our Christmas tree. We will probably use it in the summer while on vacation for security

I don't have to turn off the lights from my bed before I go to sleep . I like it because it make my life simple and convenient.

I actually saw this brand from a "You Tube How To Video" techhie and decided to go with this brand. Very easy to set up! Was done in just a few minutes--got this and the power strip- very happy with the purchase!

Great product, same functionality as the higher priced competition. Easily could have grabbed a handful of these for the cost of another product! Works with Alexa and Assistant, what more is there to ask for?! Definitely would recommend.
