These shorts are comfortable and true to size. They sit just below my waist, and I am short-waisted, so they are lower rise. I like the 2 layer setup and the pockets. They are also not too short.

I really like these. I usually order a medium and this medium also fit me. I like the feeling of the snug fit underneath but a looser fit on top in case I am wearing them at a gym. Very soft and comfortable.

I am about a size 6/8, up from my regular size 4. I read the reviews and got the idea these ran a bit big, so I ordered the size small. They *could* work if I wanted a fitted short, but the rise is just too short for my liking. I have a tummy and these just hit at the wrong spot, bisecting my bulge, if you know what I mean. I prefer a high rise for this reason. The liner/bike short layer was the reason I got these. I have thinner legs and generally running shorts are too wide for my legs. (I prefer a more modest short and am self conscious of my flabby yet skinny upper thighs.) I found the leg openings to my liking. The fabric is super soft and seems of decent quality. I could order a medium and I think they would fit better, but I don’t believe the rise will be any higher. So although these will not work for me, I am giving them 4 stars because I think they are a cute short of decent quality.

There is NOTHING to dislike. I have these shorts in several colors/patterns. My only sadness is that they don't have much more in Large to choose from. I hope they get more in soon!

I love these shorts! It's exactly what I need on a hike or bike ride. They are comfortable and secure, so they never ride up or cause irritation with my thighs rubbing together. But they are also light and breezy, which is a great relief in the heat. They are pretty loose-fitting with drawstrings, so it's not particularly flattering, but that's not their real purpose. For exercising comfortably in hot weather, I'll be ordering these in more colors!

These are exactly what I hoped they would be. They are flattering and the perfect length. The tight bottom layer does not pinch but is snug and the top layer is loose. The pockets are nice but not secure. I wouldn't jog with anything in them. I got the black/white pattern and it's very flattering. I am 5' 5" and weigh about 140lbs. I ordered medium and they are loose. They stay up but the waistband does not dig into me. I might consider a small next time. The top layer is a thick fabric which means that it hangs really nice but it does add some warmth if you're exercising or out in the sun. I very much recommend these!

Bought these in 3 colors for my daughter. She loves the look and the comfort.

I bought 2 pairs of this workout short, one in blue grey and another in striped white. The blue grey arrived first and fit perfectly. I'm 5 feet tall, 114 pounds and got a size S, they were comfortable, stretchy, soft and love the pockets. The striped white pair got delayed in the mail and arrived about 2 weeks later and I was surprised to find, despite the fact they were the same size as the blue grey, were too small! I could barely pull them up over my rear. I tried a couple of times to figure out what exactly is different about this pair, I've measured them in a few different places and they are close to the same size but somehow, cut differently enough they are not comfortable at all and will have to be returned. I'd like another pair but am afraid to try another color because will I get the size S that fits or the one that doesn't?
