Wicker's Marinade (Original, 24 Ounce)

So happy to have found Wickers on Amazon. Family favorite for years! Used as a marinade to inject Boston Butt pork roasts then rotisserie on grill or low and slow in oven or quick browning then into the crockpot if weather isn’t great for outdoor cooking. In Texas we could find it in a few grocery stores but no luck with that in Florida. Amazon to the rescue! Added bonus was finding the dry rub too. Great for chicken—baked or BBQ on the grill. As other reviewers noted, it’s not a thick, sweet sauce. It’s a thin, vinegar based marinade with lots of spices and depth of flavor. Be sure to shake the bottle well before using to get those spices well mixed before pouring or injecting into the protein. If you’ve never tried it, give it a go, you won’t be disappointed!

Glad to find Wickers available at Amazon! Grew up on it in Memphis as it’s a perfect Vinegar based baste for smoking pork shoulders and ribs. It’s also great in chicken. To do it right one dry rubs the meat, then use theirs as a baste about twice an hour.This is not a thick ketchup based barbecue sauce. It has no sugar and no fake artificial smoke flavoring. It’s vinegar, water, spices, salt. I can make my own but this is better. (I’m talking original)

I fell in love with this marinade 38 years ago, and I was so happy to find it available on Amazon. Perfect for any meat and Weight Watchers approved !!!

Bottles arrive with damage. Both had holes in them & they leaked in the packaging. I threw them away.

We absolutely love this stuff! Makes the most tender and juiciest steak.
