As for Fear Factory this is probably by far my favorite record they have released. The Japanese Edition which I bought has my favorite re recorded version their heavy 1992 hitter Martyr which really kicks hard. Each song is just brutal and In your face. My favorite songs are Fear Campaign, Powershifter, Controlled Demolition and the 2010 version of Martyr. Not saying I don't love any of the other tracks, because I do. The fact that they did that Martyr for the Japanese edition just made me search this one out. It may have taken me along time but It really paid off. I can literally put this in my truck and listen to each and every song from top to finish. For being an 11 song record, it is no doubt one of Fear Factor's most prominent records, even featuring the Gene Hoglan, the drummer of the animated metal band Dethklok and the later on super band Pitch Black Forecast From Dallas Tx. In all this is one strong comeback record for the band and a powerful metal album as well. I love this record And I recommend Mechanize to any heavy metal, death metal, industrial metal fans out or any in between!

Had this deluxe CD when it came out. Great album. Deluxe didn't t have Martyr 2010 song but the Japanese version does....had to get it. Martyr was the first Fear Factory song I ever heard and this 2010 version just slams. Me and my son couldn't stop thrashing to it yesterday driving down the road. Just awesome. Fear Factory, Clutch, Fudge Tunnel, Sepultura 1994 at Ziggy's. What a night that made me a Fear Factory diehard ever since. Please put these extra songs on the U.S. releases also.
