Lovely product, beautifully packaged with a real personal feel. I'd never heard of straw straws before finding this supplier but it makes perfect sense. Not only are they biodegradable so, if dropped will return to the soil but they are a by-product of agriculture so even less waste is created. Added to that, you can cut them to length so perfect for children. They come in a card dispensing box so are well protected and are so light you could take them out with you without adding to your load. I would say they are not really suitable for thick drinks such as milkshakes as they are a bit narrow but I'm ready to be proved wrong. I've been in touch with the seller on a non-product related issue and have had fantastic, speedy replies and complete transparency. I'm looking forward to buying more as Christmas approaches.

The straws made of straw are really good. Better than the metal, silicone and paper one's. They are a wee bit brittle. They don't go soggy or leave a funny taste. I would recommend them x

Better than plastic straws as well as being environmentally friendly! I always recommend these to everyone. Don’t dissolve in drinks like paper straws do (even hot ones), don’t have the horrible feel of paper straws, don’t affect the taste of your drink, and according to the company page are suitable for coeliacs. Great if you prefer a disposable straw. The company has great ethics and your purchase also supports a great cause:)

Wasn't sure whether these would work but they seem to. My teenage daughters who seem to get through a lot of straws are happy to use them and they can be used several times before putting them on the compost heap!

Fantastic product which should be promoted to all restaurants and outlets that use straws. This product is environmentally friendly, recyclable and great to use. Would highly recommend.

First and foremost, these straws are easy to use, easy to drink with and they look great. Everyone comments on them. But best of all, once you are done with the straw it can go in the bin, on the compost etc because it is fully biodegradable. What’s not to love?

Fantastic alternative to plastic.Don’t go soggy.Fairly narrow diameter straw but that’s fine unless you want them for a smoothie.Screw them up when finished and they just turn into a piece of straw/grass.
