The media could not be loaded. After some testing it holds my double end bag pretty well imo, but too much force for it to hold can happen and the apparatus will fall. It took about 20-30 full force, sweetspot punches for it to fall and it’s at chest height perfectly. That’s including hooks, uppercuts, jabs, and left/ right straights, so it works well for it’s advertising

I’m only giving the 4 because I wish that the size of the actual suction cup was described in top line. I bought it for a project to go on my motorcycle helmet and it’s way to big. But I absolutely love the ring part of it because it totally would have worked.

They stick to the wall great but they came smelling heavily of fire and smoke. They've been airing out for almost a day and still smell terribleEdit: they actually don't stay on the wall very well. They come off after about an hour and still smell strongly after 2 weeks

Pretty much any tension from a bag will pull the suction cup off of the mat it is supposed to suction to. It doesn't work at all.
