This product was way too big and heavy which prevented it from sitting on my ear like it should. Working from home on my phone most of the time requires me to be hands free to type and take notes and use the computer. I was intrigued by the blue tooth capabilities this provided but its pretty useless if you have to hold it on your ear, might as well just hold my cell phone. I wouldnt buy again. Instant regret, returned it the very next day. The returning process was at least very easy.

I have trouble adjusting the volume. After each phone call the volume goes back down and i have to turn it back up. Second, it is stuck in Japanese mode am unable to to get it into English mode. Last i am constantly loosing the rubber piece for my ear. It doesn’t exactly fit in mybear properly. But when volume is up i can her really good.

Great sound and noise cancelling. I can talk with windows rolled down and can hear and am heard perfectly. They do not fit well on my ear and often fall off.

I have ALWAYS purchased nothing but plantronics but I wanted something cheaper I could take to work that if it was lost no biggie. Well this has now replaced my plantronics!! Sounds great! Battery last me all shift. Also had a great carrying case you can throw in your purse or work bag. I’ll be buying this ear piece again!!!
