No frills, but solid function.
A gamble that paid off! While I do have the good forturne of having shiny, stick-straight hair, it’s pretty stubborn and flattens pretty quickly. I have to wash it every day or else the natural oils basically shellac it to my head.Curling irons are fine, with a ton of hair spray I can manage a decent curl, but who has the time for that, and i hate sleeping with a ton of product in my hair.I saw that OTHER, more expensive iron as a fluke, but didn’t want to pay $120 or whatever for it. I get my makeup at the drug store. I am not fancy enough for a $120 hair iron.However, I am just fancy enough for one a fraction of that price.I bought this when there were zero reviews but I knew I could return it if need be. Does it come with accessories? No. Nothing. Just the iron. But, I have combs, brushes, and clips, so that’s fine. The machine itself doesn’t look as sophisticated or well manufactured as the other, but I honestly don’t care. It turns on. I can adjust the temp. It hears up quickly. Good enough for me. I followed a YouTube video, and while I wouldn’t say it was styled in 3 minutes, I was definitely reasonably done within 10. I may get quicker at it, but at 180 degrees I needed to hold it for 5 seconds at a time to do anything at all. I’m wary of going too much higher in temp.So far it looks just like the “after” photos of the OTHER iron, so, yay!

Best volume ever!!! Worth every dollar
This iron is amazing !!!! Well worth 40 bucks ! My hair is fine and flat and this bumped it up perfectly . Way better then spending $130 on the valoom ,when this does exactly the same thing .

It works!!!
I have very fine and limp hair. I usually curl my hair when I want volume because nothing else works. I tried texture sprays, volumizing powders, teasing, etc. all of these things work, but they are a pain in the butt. Texturing sprays and powders leave my hair funky the next day. Teasing is not good for my fine hair and only works for so long - plus I have to use hairspray when I tease. None of these have given me the big volume I would like. This volumizing iron is amazing! It actually does what it says it will do! I used it for the first time today and couldn’t believe the results! I also love that this iron is over half of the price of the other iron out there. The packaging was beautiful, instructions were easy to read, and the iron itself is made of very nice materials. I’m super happy with the quality and outcome of this purchase!

Fast delivery, great quality!
This is a nice slim line volumizer tool and the best part is it works as well as the products that cost twice as much. My daughter has the pricier model and they both work the same. It also comes in a very nice box, good enough for travel.

Worked well on my flat, thin hair.
I usually don't write reviews. However, I was really impressed with this product. This volumizing flat iron arrived in the mail yesterday. I used it right away on my naturally flat, thin hair. I noticed a difference right away! After Bible study last night, I left my hair unwashed and slept in it. I woke up to find that my hair has, for the most part, maintained the same amount of volume.

Temperature control doesn't work!
Temperature only goes to 220. Frequently displays "LOC" and will not go up or down in temperature. Took 10 days for delivery versus 3 days as advertised. Disappointed with product. :(

Surprisingly pleased
I was very skeptical about ordering this product but to my surprise it works!!!!!!! My hair has so much volume and it last!

Works great for the volume for sure
I don't know how to get a right volume in the center of my head..but it actually worksI need to figure out..hahaPrice is reasonable too..So much volume for sureHowever......It would be great if they share a video of how to! There is a paper instruction inside but not clear.And the box was arrived totally damaged. (the product was looks new and works fine) Did not appreciate it.. (They put this box inside of a paper envolope with bubble wrap attached one..Not the regular amazon box)And it is way cheaper than the other one that I found here.It works.So choice is urs~Ask them to ship it with a box not an envolope.
