Looks & feels like factory pads. Good quality.
Did not come with any removal/install kits. I bought a cheaper one for another pair of beats studio headphones & it came with removal tool for the old pads & alcohol pads to remove excess glue. Not to mention this pads were delivered later than expected. Other than that, it does its job great. Looks legit & feels like the factory pads that came with my beats studio 3.
