My left ear is fine and it "drains" normally. I have a birth defect in my right ear in that there is a kink in my ear canal. So, the gunk builds up and eventually it can make the ear feel full or blocked. So, my regimen is to use some ear drops to loosen things up a bit and then I use the elephant ear system and that does the trick. If I do this about once per month, everything is fine.

The tips are smaller than the original DoctorEasy Elephant Wash tips. I was expecting same size but I was wrong. I tried to use it and I felt short in the ears. I had to return the item and Amazon refunded the money. Just be aware about it.

I have problems with ear wax. I had to go to doctor to get the wax out. She used a large bottle with a tip and warm water and peroxide. She easily got the wax extracted and I could hear again. I went home and checked on Amazon and there was the exact bottle and tips that she used. WE LOVE IT! Another great purchase from Amazon

I have used this Doctor Easy Ear Wax system on all my children and myself. It is very effective on getting out impacted wax in the ear and it is extremely comfortable in the ear.
