As an avid baker I have wanted one of these for years and eventually decided to treat myself. I am so happy I did. Not only is it aesthetic pleasing it works like a dream. I found myself smiling as I rolled out my first batch of scones with it. It arrived in a timely fashion and is beautiful.Thank you.

I don't use a rolling pin often but when I do I want one that is pretty and balanced. This one fits the bill and is not only comfortable but is pleasant to handle and look at.

I received this as a gift a few weeks ago and I have to say I love it. I'm not a trained baker but my wife and I do enjoy making cinnamon rolls and other baked goods. We have used this quite a few times and really like the shape of the pin. The curves help my dough not bunch up so much in the middle and, believe it or not, gives me a more even dough.The rolling pin itself it smooth and has a good weight and is 100% wood. I'm not sure how they get the celtic knot in the middle of the pin but it is a really nice touch and makes it a good candidate to show off in your kitchen. This is a really great rolling pin and I'm so happy to have received it as a gift.
