What a piece of garbage! Stay clear of this junk! Mine came with only two legs, so I guess it's a bipod.

This product did not come with the phone holder, but only the tripod.

I received this product yesterday and I must say, I was quite disappointed upon opening the package. First, see the pic, this is all you get! Handy Dandy clear bag containing product and that's it! I ordered this for my daughter to use at the dance studio to video dance routines for students to rehearse at home! I have been looking for a mini tripod that I can easily carry in my purse for a while now and I finally stumbled upon the Toch mini tripod. I absolutely love this little tripod! I can easily toss it into my purse and use it in work to watch a movie or show during my break or even use it to hold my iPhone and use it as a mirror to fix my make up during the day. While those are two awesome features, i have also found that this works great in the car to help me adjust my make up (parked and not moving of course, no one should ever do their make up while driving). I just love it and the fact it can hold my iPhone 6 snuggly and not have me worried my phone will fall just makes me love this little device even more. Overall, this is a great little tripod for anyone who need something to help them watch movies or fix their make up through out the day.I was able to receive this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest, unbiased review and I hope that you will consider purchasing one after reading my review.~Luv2dance

I got this product at a discounted price in order for an honest review. I was happy with the product but not totally satisfied. In the picture it looks like hard shiny plastic but it was just plastic with rubber in the bottom to hold still the balance. Now I do have an HTC M9 phone and it was a little struggle to put it inside because the top part is stretchable but the metal part covered with rubber kept pushing the power button so I had to keep moving it. It stayed balanced and it also had a ball underneath to make it move in the right direction you want. It is easy to take with you anywhere and super cute

I can't think of a better item for my phone than this. I take it everywhere I go. It travels well and is easy to put together to set my phone in it. My daughter loves to watch Netflix so when we are at her Dr.'s appointment, I put my phone in the mini portable tripod holder and turned on Netflix for her. A couple of kids came to join her and watch the cartoon that was on. This mini portable tripod is now a staple in my purse. I am lost without it. I would recommend this product. I did receive this item at a discount for my honest opinion.
