To be used with Luxo Magnifiers and Industrial Task Lights. 2.25" opening. Color: Light grey. Review: Fits Perfectly! - I ordered this Luxo 60001LG A-Edge Mount bracket in light grey for a Luxo Flair (swing arm) Lamp that once belonged to my grandmother. The lamp is easily 50 years old, and she originally had a surface mount bracket that bolted onto a tabletop. I took a bit of a chance in buying this, as I really wasn’t sure if the lamp would fit. Also, I had seen off-brand plastic alternatives which were much cheaper, however, I really wanted something that was all-metal construction due to the weight and age of the lamp. This bracket fit my grandmother’s lamp perfectly! It’s rock solid, with no wobble or fear of breaking. I love the all-metal construction. My only disappointment is the color. The description says it’s light grey, but the photo looks like the taupe color I needed. Turns out that it’s actually light grey as stated. Overall, I am super happy I found a replacement of such high quality from the maker of my grandmother’s lamp. I know she would be equally as pleased :-) Review: Does the job perfectly! - My original lamp clamp broke, turns out it was a cheap copy of the original clamp. I bought this one, which turned out to have slightly longer "arms" which more closely match the original clamp. It works great! So happy I found this, a little pricey but well worth it, and a lot cheaper than having to buy a whole new lamp with a new clamp. ## Features - Bracket for mounting products to horizontal surfaces - 2.25" opening - For use with Luxo Magnifiers and Industrial Task Lights - Color: Light Grey ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B005TAKT6Q | | Additional Features | Wifi | | Base Material | Aluminum | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,276 in Surveillance Housing & Mounting Brackets | | Brand Name | Luxo | | Bulb Base | GU10 | | Bulb Shape Size | T6 1/2 | | Color | Gray | | Connectivity Protocol | Wi-Fi | | Connectivity Technology | USB | | Control Method | Touch | | Controller Type | Push Button | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 23 Reviews | | Finish Type | Matte | | Finish Types | Matte | | Included Components | Screwdriver | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Installation Type | Tabletop | | Is Waterproof | True | | Item Weight | 5.6 ounces | | Lamp Type | Table Lamp | | Lighting Method | LED | | Manufacturer | Luxo | | Material Type | Aluminum | | Model Number | 60001LG | | Mounting Type | Tabletop | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Light Sources | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Recommended Uses For Product | Reading | | Shade Color | Light grey | | Shade Material | Metal | | Shape | Rectangular | | Specific Uses For Product | Reading | | Style Name | Industrial | | Switch Type | Touch | | UPC | 612750675003 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Water Resistance Level | Waterproof | ## Images ![Luxo 60001LG A-Edge Mount for Horizontal Surface Mounting, Light Grey - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51YR2g7wnoL.jpg) ![Luxo 60001LG A-Edge Mount for Horizontal Surface Mounting, Light Grey - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/517ULrYD5aL.jpg) ![Luxo 60001LG A-Edge Mount for Horizontal Surface Mounting, Light Grey - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51FiW8+s7mL.jpg) ![Luxo 60001LG A-Edge Mount for Horizontal Surface Mounting, Light Grey - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61tIFOac2vL.jpg) ![Luxo 60001LG A-Edge Mount for Horizontal Surface Mounting, Light Grey - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Q5kQIEokL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the mounting hole I.D? I bought this one, which turned out to have slightly longer "arms" which more closely match the original clamp. It works great! So happy I found this, a little pricey but well worth it, and a lot cheaper than having to buy a whole new lamp with a new clamp. ### ⭐ Wobbly *by N***E on October 25, 2024* Don’t waste your time with this “new” model clamp and search for an older vintage one. The hole is slightly too big and makes the lamp fit a bit wobbly. Vintage from the 1980's back fits well. This product is from a zombie company named Luxo, not the old Luxo that designed and released well thought out products. Reviewers claiming this is "perfect" obviously have not used the tight fitting Luxo clamps of the past, or are doing a favor for the seller. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/101832400-luxo-60001lg-a-edge-mount-for-horizontal-surface-mounting-light](https://www.desertcart.be/products/101832400-luxo-60001lg-a-edge-mount-for-horizontal-surface-mounting-light) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
