I personally think it’s medically negligent, as well as lacking in commonsense, for BCBS to cover things like Viagra (when virtually all cases of ED are psychological), yet MTHFR mutation can be proven by blood work, and is known to cause a host of REAL medical problems, which are corrected by taking L-methylfolate.
