If only I stopped in this book store!
I must have seen this movie a hundred times. I'm not a big Julia Roberts fan but I like her in this movie. She played off Hugh Grant's familiar British wit and he's always good to look at! My favorite line is "I'm just a girl standing in front of a boy...." I won't tell you the rest - you need to see the movie if you haven't already.

Lovely film, great soundtrack!
This is another one of those films which I always, without fail, cry at the ending. It is also, one of the few films where I truly adore the soundtrack. The last soundtrack I loved this much, was "Cut Throat Island",and I had to search for a year to find a copy of that flick in, of all places, Great Britain. However, I regress. I guess I have listened to Notting Hill about a zillion times. The best track is "She" by Elvis Costello. A haunting tune. This music touches my heart and feeds my soul! It doesn't't get much better than this!

Such great music!
My favorite romantic comedy and the music was essential to the movie. This is the original music, not a knock-off. The movie was funny and touching but not maudlin. The music is uplifting, great if you’re feeling a little down and don’t have time to sit and watch the movie. I now own both the DVD and the CD - ready for all situations.

Five Stars
My husband and I love the music. We play it often and watch the movie repeatedly. I just found the the CD soundtrack in the bottom of my car today and played it again. Perhaps it's some of the old music, but I found the music lifting and renewing. After almost 50 years of marriage my husband never fails to surprise me. I ignored the movie for so long til I set down to watch it with him. I love it.

SHE, one of my favorite songs.
Love the music of that film, in particular the rendition of Elvis Costello of the song SHE. It makes me think of my wife and the way I feel about her. "for where she goes I've got to be....the meaning of my life is SHE"

Met My Expectattions!
I purchased this for my blind sister as a surprise. I opened it to make sure I received the right one. Delivery was quick and package was packed to guarantee I received it in tact. I then left the CD in its delivery package and shipped it to my sister in Colorado. She was ecstatic!
