I have used it for some times, firstly, it never let me down, works far and well. i can ride almost 25km at a time when it's full of electricity. SUPER POWER!! secondly, it has good shape, my family love it. And i will give the seller 6 star if it was possible. she is so patient and thoughtful to deal with my problem. Very poor manuals
Instruction sheet said to go to si.shimano.com for manuals. Could not find the right one, needed a product code that is not in the supplied papers or on the bike. Looked through a bunch of manuals to fine the right one - no luck.And, after an hour the rear inner tube blew out. It was inflated to 50 PSI. The tire states it is a 26 X 1.95, inner tube I removed was 26 X 1.75

Got it for some time, It was packaged very securely and was so easy to assemble. I had taken it out around town a bunch. No issues yet. Love its shapes and good quality! Very nice Purchase.

Great for teen and adult!
my 15 years old son was so excited to get this birthday present, he love it so much! i also ride it once time, very good shape and good quality! just worth the price. As my opinion, it has 2 obvious advantages compare to other e bike:1. More powerful battery! just as advertised! it also charged quickly!2. The brakes are very sensitive. Very reasonable shock-absorption mechanism.The only drawback is that the seat is a little small for me, because i am fat. whatever, it's a Almost perfect product that i ever bought!
