Postpartum life saver!
I am 1 week postpartum and this supplement was the best option I could find for a stool softener! I can already speak to its gentleness and ability to move things without causing any bloating or gas or discomfort. Seriously, a life saver! Could not recommend this enough. My husband has IBS and often times needs a little help getting things moving so, next time he’s struggling I’m going to have him try this. I’ll come back and edit the comment to add his experience with it and see if it’s truly gentle for all! Thank you Nature’s Sunshine for another great product!

IT WORKS
Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this product after dealing with lifelong irregularity. It took a little while for it to kick in, but once it did- Hallelujah! It creates soft stool so no more discomfort or anxiety when initially going. I’ve gone to the bathroom six mornings in a row so far. I was using a different Nature’s Sunshine product, and this one is much more effective. Thank you!

Best friend postpartum
I struggled with constipation postpartum and this stuff made all the difference! I started out taking it three times a week a day for the first two days, twice a day for about a week and once a day now until my body re regulates. Zero cramping or weird symptoms. Very gentle yet super effective. Love the clean ingredients!

Having colitis and even with a flareup taking this at bedtime sits so much better than during the day. It just works different when the colon/entire body is sleep relaxed. No cramping, very gentle on my bowel, and after painful constipation having soft stool in the morning. Happy! Start with half and build it up as needed L💛
