CATAPPA leafs / essences are perfect for water changes. Both preventative and remedial for sick ones....I use the drops in conjunction with aquarium salt, catappa leafs, live plants (pothos plants), and moss. Beautiful healthy betta!!! oh ya and a gluten free diet!!
