This product is a must-have if you want leg flexibility. It really helps with kicks when kicking a heavy bag high and overall leg reachability and flexibility. It takes up very little space. I was on the fence about which one of these to get and now declare it as a must have for a home gym or just stretching at home. Don't worry about the reviews that suggest it might flip up or whatever- It's a great product and inexpensive for the benefit you get.

This is a cheap unit. It arrived with marks on the powder coating from the protective plastic rings. It took a month to arrive. I can tell I am going to have to repair and replace components already. I only used it for a couple of weeks.
