Very cute and comfy, but not great for a 12 hour shift, let alone consecutive ones. The shoes are incredibly light weight and not super supportive. That said, they're perfect for walking around or a couple hours at work. Great as an every day kind of wear but uncomfortable for long periods of time.

If you sit in a chair all day, these shoes are perfect for you. I love the cuteness but they are so uncomfortable. They have no arch support and are like walking on concrete. I wish I had never bought them and would never recommend them to anyone who actually works as a nurse.

All I can say is , like walking on pillows,, love ,love love them
