Back Brace Posture Corrector Fully Adjustable Back Support Belts Improves Posture and Provides Lumbar Support For Lower and Upper Back Pain Men and Women

I’ve been wearing it daily since day after I received it (Jan 6, 2018) and it made a world of difference in my back pain that radiated to to hands as well as entire spine! I am 6’4 (standing straight 😉) and have been a chef for 20 years so my posture has suffered badly. This brace forced me to stand straight rather than slouched over work tables and stoves, however, sadly, the metal blades on each side of the center first began to pop out thru the mesh and today (less than month old) tore thru the bottom stitching. I initially tried using duct tape to reinforce the mesh at top but that proved to be very messy with tape reside getting on clothes and tape pulling off. Will attempt return/replacement and before using, find a way to stitch heavy denim jean material over top blades and reinforce the bottom stitch somehow. THIS BRACE WORKED!! Just wore out extremely fast. Bad one? Will update rating depending on resolution.

Revised!!! Ok, I originally gave them 4 stars but after interacting with this company and getting massive help and respect from them, I have to give them 5 stars and would give them more!! In today's times it is rare to have a company care enough about their customers to do anything to help them! This company is awesome and I recommend them to anyone who not only needs their products but appreciates a company that stands behind their product and truly cares!!This brace is awesome! The ONLY reason it didn't get the 5 star is because the shoulder straps pull on the arm pits and leave a mark. However I fixed that with an adjustable strap that goes across my chest and keeps them pulled away from my arm pits. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is having back pain upper or lower and especially if you have a job where you are in need of support!

The product is pretty comfortable as a whole. The design is pretty low profile but don't expect to wear shirts over top without it being noticed. My posture was mediocre and this has certainly helped. One piece of advice is that as with any kind of these products there is a certain amount of self initiated posture correction that needs to occur. The brace helps you maintain posture but you have to be the one to fix yourself. The brace becomes more uncomfortable the worse your posture gets which is great...thats the idea. But once you have that brace you have to be the one to keep fixing yourself which is also great....I just want people to be aware that its a battle within yourself to fix the issue....the brace just helps reinforce. I use the brace particularly when I work out in my gym or as I do work on my computer. I would recommend this.

I am a weightlifter with poor posture. Due to my size, finding a brace large enough to fit me was a challenge. This one did the job. I bought an XXXL, which I thought might be too big as I wear XL shirts. Nope, fits perfectly. The brace provides a comfortable, gentle reminder to 'sit up straight'. The velcro is strong as I like to pull the straps tightly. Even while moving around in daily chores, the straps stay together. Like someone else posted, I would not wear it for working out, but it is great at other times. I wear it on the outside of my t shirts. Not sure who it would fit/look under a dress shirt. Overall, very happy with it!

Undecided on this. It does not feel very comfortable, the upper straps dig into my armpits so I have to wear a sweatshirt under it. I feel like the medium sits too high on my back being 6' tall (the bottom of the belt sitting an inch above my iliac crest). It does seem to get you in the right posture but I can only tolerate wearing it for less than an hour. I was hoping to get something that would be wearable all day but this is not the case.Update;seller returned for full refund. Even though product did not work for me great seller.I respect that this product does not have Fake reviews like most of the other posture braces. Checked on Fakespot.com.

This posture brace is awesome! It FORCES your back to stay straight whether you're sitting or standing, and at the same time, it is comfortable because of the padding. It's the first brace I've ever purchased and I'm extremely excited to get my posture back (no pun intended)! The material is a great quality and it feels comfortable on. The size Small fits perfectly on me too; I'm 5'2" female and around 108 lbs. I love it, thanks so much!!

I can't tell you how many back supports I've tried. I even have one from the pain doctor that costs $1500. None of them helped! Not even the $1500 one. I have 12, yes 12, bulging discs that nothing seems to help. This brace has taken the pain away from the first day I've used it. Been using it pain free every day since.Seriously, give this one a try especially for mid back pain.

This is the 3rd posture support I have tried and it is by far the best one. The straps are comfortable and very easy to adjust. I sit at a desk all day long and I have a tendency to slouch and round my back and shoulders, this is helping me sit up straight. I would suggest wearing a t-shirt under it. if you wear a shirt over it, you will still be able to see the outline of it.It has 2 hard "ribs" running vertically up the back for extra support.
