Very impressed - exceeded my expectations!
I thought these were overpriced when I bought them, and so was looking to find fault. But they are really good. I was really impressed with the quality, the light-tone, and especially the brightness. I installed two sets of track lights (8 lamps) as I needed good lighting for my hobby. The result was, well, as clear as day! I have some other GU10 fixtures, so now I have a couple of spares...

pretty realistic looking indeed
the frosted glass really makes the illusion of a real lantern. the fuel filler cap is the on/off switch but does not really work like a dimmer as described. the glow is mood setting nothing to read by of course. the portability of being powered by batteries make is convenient to take anywhere without fear of igniting furnishings.

Doesn't fit well
Will not fit into my track lighting although the sizing is same. Was unable to return it and now I am stuck with bulbs I cannot use. Exchange not seamless.

you definitely get your money's worth.
i had 2 track lights in my garage that the previous owners installed from ikea with cfl's in them. they were not bright at all. i needed to do car work in my garage and bought these to try and brighten the room. the brightness and clarity is as expected, bright and clear. couldn't ask for more converting to led. definitely worth the money. and the shipping at the time qualified for same day shipping. what..., awesome! did not regret this purchase.

Arrived broken
Love the lantern. Ordered two and one arrived broken. Sending back. Ordered replacement and it arrived broken. The lightbulb was loose inside the globe and broke the glass on both of them. I am going to try again since both my husband really like the look of this lantern. Would have given 5 stars if not for having to deal with the irritation of returning broken items.

Ordered twice. Arrived broken twice.
Ordered one, and it arrived broken. Sent it back. Ordered a replacement, and it just arrived. Broken. So just buyer beware. It doesn't seem to survive transport very well.

Amazing technology. Brighter than the sun
Amazing technology. Brighter than the sun, cool to the touch. Using them in a storage area where heat would be a problem. Even professional designer loved them. Highly recommend.

Broken
The glass cover was broken, the bulb was just jingling inside because the buttom plate didn’t even fit in the hole.So “thanks” 👏...👏...👏
